Our Mission

Adult 55 Plus Ministry exists for the purpose of providing opportunities for spiritual growth and at the same time offer numerous activities involving missions, fellowship, and travel.  Our goal is to make Jesus known in Aiken and beyound.

Jubilee Club

The Jubilee Club meets on the third Tuesday of each month at 10:30AM in the Gym for food, fellowship, and entertainment.  Bring a covered dish to share and join us for a fun morning!  For more information contact: Judy Marks, 652-2248 or Phoebe Carre, 644-4649.

Sunshine Ladies

The Sunshine Ladies meet at 9:00AM each Monday morning in the Atrium to write notes of encouragement, sympathy, or whatever the need may be.  They visit in the hospitals, nursing homes, and with our homebound, bringing them a warm smile, a kind word, and some beautiful flowers to brighten their day.  All are welcome to join this group.  For more information contact: Shirley Danch, 642-7116 or Carolyn Marino, 640-9600 

Whittlers

The Handyman ministry of Adult 55+ Ministry meets the second Tuesday of the month for breakfast, a Bible lesson, and fellowship.  Following the meal, work assignments are given out and our men are off to use their hands as tools of God to help make repairs, build handicap ramps and a number of other projects among our members.  For more information call Owen Heyward, 648-2903.
